Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the EdEHR website and Services. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

This document explains the terms for Services provided by EdEHR Technologies Inc. ("EdEHR", "we", "our") viahttps://edehr.org and all subdomains.

Definitions

  • Company refers to EdEHR Technologies Inc., Victoria, BC (also "we", "us").

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of liability

Regardless of any damages you might incur, the entire liability of EdEHR and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you have not made a purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdEHR and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

"As is" and "as available" disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with all faults and defects. EdEHR and its providers expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Regional considerations

  • European Union consumers benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in their country of residence.
  • United States users warrant they are not located in embargoed countries and are not listed on U.S. government restricted party lists.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objective to the greatest extent possible, while the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of EdEHR's rights.

Translation interpretation

The Terms may have been translated for convenience. In the event of a dispute, the original English text will prevail.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice (when feasible) at least 30 days before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, discontinue use of the Service.
